One Life, Middlesbrough
One Life is a pioneering integrated health development in the centre of Middlesbrough, developed by Park Medical Services Limited. PMS Ltd is the development arm of the GP practice who occupy one floor of this 4,500sqm building.
The 4-storey building houses breast screening, laser eye care, pharmacy, GP practice and a whole range of PCT services. On the top floor is a state-of-the-art suite comprising two general anesthetic theatre suites leased by Capio, delivering services to the NHS. The basement houses an underground car park which, together with the surface parking, provides over 100 spaces for staff and patients.
The whole development was managed by P+HS, who co-ordinated all the expertise needed for the GPs to undertake this successful development themselves.
