Darlington Masterplan, Darlington
The Masterplan for Central Park is structured around 4 interlinked Parks connecting from the Railway Station to the new Darlington College, creating a new Gateway into the Town.
The journey starts on a exciting new ‘Green Bridge’ over Yarm Road, continuing through the Linear Park past the hotel and offices to Central Park at the heart of the development. From here there are connections to East Park, which knits the new development into the existing housing beyond, and to College Green at the northern edge of the development, along a footpath that meanders through Garden Park alongside swales and other water features.
