Darlington Central, Darlington
Central Park in Darlington is one of the four ‘Gateway’ schemes that Tees Valley Regeneration are promoting on key sites across the region. Together with Middlehaven, masterplanned by Will Alsop, and North Shore where Urban Splash are planning their first North East development it will ‘raise the bar’ in design quality in the region.
P+HS is working with Kier Properties, Persimmon Homes, as part of one of the four teams competing to develop the site which will deliver 300 apartments and 650 houses alongside 25,000 square metres of new office and retail space and a 120 bedroom hotel with leisure facilities.
