Fasttrack P21 mental health scheme completes

Our mental health schemes for Tees, Esk and Wear NHS Trust at Hartlepool and Stockton are complete. These schemes, called Fasttrack, pioneer the new model of care for the Trust’s mental health redevelopment. Key to their success was the series of design workshops run with all the Trust’s stakeholders – clinicians, carers, staff and service users.
The contractor was Taylor Woodrow’s P21 team.
