£750m community hospital programme

A £750m programme to build 20 community hospitals over the next 5 years has been launched by the government following the announcement of £46.1m for the first four schemes. P+HS has designed one of the first four – the new £9m Washington Community Hospital for Sunderland PCT. This is likely to be delivered through the NHS’s ProCure 21 framework.
