Phil Stephenson
Phil Stephenson joined P+HS in 1998 after a long spell at Cleveland County Council’s Architects Department, where he specialised in the design, production and maintenance of the Council’s stock of education buildings. Phil became an associate at the end of 2004.
At P+HS’s Stokesley office Phil has been responsible for a wide range of complex schemes for education, mental health and commercial buildings. In addition, Phil provides maintenance and minor works services to P rimary Care Trusts.
Phil has recently acted as Employer’s Agent for the provision of the new £7m Derwentside College, and currently heads up the delivery team for the South Durham and Tees Valley LIFT areas – known as Care Partnerships 25 – which will provide and manage many of the health centres and hospitals for 6 Primary Care Trusts.
