David Delany
David Delany BA RIBA
David is the longest serving member of staff in the practice becoming an associate in 2003. He has been responsible for the design of a wide range of buildings.
Over the past five years David has led a team working on housing projects for both Housing Associations and speculative house builders and he is Project Architect for the major new residential development at Riverview, Gateshead, involving the development of 600 apartments including the conversion of a Grade II Listed Boiler House within the original Rail Engineering Works.
Other recent projects include the award-winning Innovation Centre in Kirkleatham for UK Steel Industries, which has led on to a parallel scheme in South Wales.
David co-ordinates our product and technical information systems in the office.
