Chris joined P+HS Architects from private practice, becoming an associate in 1989 and a partner in 1992.
Chris is now responsible for the running of the practice’s office in Leeds. Reflecting the practice’s commitment to and involvement in housing, Chris has day-to-day responsibility for the practice’s work for Home Housing on Project Argo, Homes Egan Demonstration Project. However, much of Chris’s work is in developing architectural concepts for individual buildings and he has been responsible for the design of a number of the practice’s award winning schemes, including St John’s Gate, Middlesbrough.
Chris has wide experience in working on Listed Buildings and conservation Areas and is currently developing the new Northern Headquarters for the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority, a scheme won in a competitive interview.
